PBM VB 70.195B is a VentBlock cast in high-quality OPC cement, sand and stone chips, supplied in natural cement grey with a coarse finish on both front and rear faces. The face presents mirrored tapered ventilation block, supporting use as a cost-effective non-load-bearing screen block engineered for high loading strength and large-scale programmes. Intended applications cover car-park facades, boundary and perimeter walls, feature and screen walls, staircases and semi-open enclosures including fire-escape (Bomba) staircases. Rake joints 5 mm deep while soft and cure for at least seven days. Two coats (1:4 mix) of water repellent are recommended for added weather protection.
