Ripple 5-Fold (pattern 2​/​117) is a Reckli SELECT formliner in the functional surface family. The functional formliner creates a smooth concrete surface with semi-round attachments orthogonally set in five-fold rows to each other, at a height of 2 millimeters. The concrete surface achieves a rank of resistance (to skidding) of R11. Cast in RECKLI PUR-Elastomer with a 65 °C working temperature limit and a sheet weight of 12 kg​/​m². Available in C 100 series; maximum sheet format up to 1480 × 7500 mm. Reusable for up to 100 castings; suited to precast and in-situ exposed concrete on facades, walls and feature surfaces. Resulting concrete reveal achieves slip-resistance class R11.
