AS06 is a grey cast cement ventilation block by Apong Stone, a Malaysian manufacturer with plants in Banting and Teluk Panglima Garang (Selangor), Penaga (Penang) and Muar (Johor). A narrow vertical slot sits behind a deeply splayed square reveal, narrowing the air path while keeping a strong shadow line on the face. Laid in a stacked grid it forms a breathing screen wall for facades, boundary walls, carports, stairwells and courtyard partitions, admitting daylight and cross-ventilation.
